Corona Lockdown - Day 3 - 27th March 2020
So much of hungama eveywhere. People are gathering at mosques, at provisional stores and on roads when government had strictly prohibited and social distancing has been a strict norm. But people are behaving their own ways. One thing I noticed in this period is, my screen time on my mobile is increasing. My next goal is to bring it down. But, today is Friday, but that doesn't bringing me any joy as earlier because I have to be at home no matter what. Its been two week since I have gone out and felt the sun. Sometimes I feel really good about this period as I am getting sometime for my undone thoughts.
Today's tasks goes like this.
Breakfast : Akki rotti ( last nights dough) with egg burji
Lunch : Cucumber and fried ground nuts ( wasnt hungry)
Dinner: Veg pullav
Cooking is checked.
Work out : Today, I did workout and sent a 10 minutes work out challenge to my brothers as well. It was a good time.
10 - squats, 10 - knee pushups, 25- jumping jacks, 5 - inch worms, 1.20 mins plank, few yoga asanas and 5 sets of suryanamaskaras, to end pranayama.
Meditation: Post work out did sit for 20 minutes , and it was real good today. I could visualize my breathing.
Music: I did listen to old kannada melodies which I like for their lyrics.
Read : I missed reading my book today, I got up bit late in the morning, my reading slot was hijacked by my sleep.
New Learning : Thought of learning a new programming language this period, but couldn't start. But started conversing with multiple teams , having 32+ team members passing across my idea to them. First time did this and felt good. Learnt something on how to handle large group virtually through my online trainer, all thanks to her. Just implemented the same.
Cleaning: I didnt clean my kitchen today, its pending for tomorrow, as its being Saturday tomorrow.
I did make my bed getting up , cleaned books spread across on the cot in my guest room. ( Just boasting myself as I didnt do much today ;) )
Writing: I didnt do any specific writing apart from this note.
But so far a good day.
No raitha for veg pullav as no curd at home. Need to place an order tomorrow within 2 PM.
