Unlock The Wardrobe!!

Washing machine seemed whispering to the tap
with a wicked smile - "Same faded ones"
The tap appeared saying  -"once again??" with a wrinkled eyebrows!
Detergent was crying "These are already faded - how can I make them fader again?"
I looked at the clothes I was dumping to wash
They appeared talking "how nice the ones resting in hangers"
We are the ones kept lying half folded for easy access!
we are picked directly from the string where we will be still drying said the other!
They seemed questioning "Why we are being used the whole day??"
I am missing the perfume sprinkled cozy partners said the machine!
still waiting for the colorful ones to treat them better!
I am in awe with the freedom they get beach washed in machine
and sun-soaked dance in air to get themselves dry up!
Little did they know how lockdown felt!

ಮತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ನೆನಪಾಗಿದೆ... ನೆನೆದಾಗ ಮನ ಖುಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಆ ನೆನಪು ನಿನ್ನದೇನ... ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಮುಂಜಾವಲಿ ಕಂಬಳಿಯೊಳು ಬೆಚ್ಚನೆ ಆ ಅಪ್ಪುಗೆ ನಿನ್ನದೇನ.. ನೇಸರನ ಕಿರಣ ನನ್ನ ಸೋಗಲು ಮುನ್ನ ಆ ಚುಂಬನ ನಿನ್ನದೇನ.. ದಿನ ಶುರು ಮಾಡಲು ಮುನ್ನ ಹದವಾದ ಬಿಸಿ ಕಾಫಿ ಯ ಒಡೆಯ ನೀನೇ ನಾ.. ತಿನ್ನುವ ತಿಂಡಿಯಲೂ ಮೊದಲ ತುತ್ತು ಎನಗೆ ಇರಿಸುವುದು  ನೀನೇನಾ.. ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಡಲೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಹೂ ಮುತ್ತು ಹಣೆಯಲಿ ನಿಂದೇನಾ.. ವಿರಹದ ಬೇಗೆಗೆ  ತಂಪೆರೆವ ಬಿಡುವಿಲ್ಲದ ಮೆಸೇಜ್ ನಿಂದೇನಾ.. ಸಂಜೆಯ ಮೊಬ್ಬಿನಲಿ ನನಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುವ ಕಾತರದ ಕಣ್ಣು ನಿನದೇನ... ದಣಿದ ಮನಕೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಉಣಬಡಿಸುವ ಕರಗಳು ನಿನದೇನ.. ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಮಗ್ಗುಲಲಿ ಮುಂಗುರುಳ ಆಟದಲಿ ಸೋತು ಹೇಳುವ ಕಥೆ ನಿಂದೇನಾ. ರೆಪ್ಪೆ ಮುಚ್ಚುವರೆಗೆ ಎನ್ನ ತಲೆ ತಟ್ಟುವ ಕೈ ನಿಂದೇನಾ.... ನಿದ್ದೆಯ ಜೊಂಪಲ್ಲೂ  ಬರುವ ಕಥೆಗಳ ನಾಯಕ ನೀನೇನಾ  ಗೆಳೆಯ ನೀನೇನಾ...

Corona Lockdown - Day 37 - 30th April 2020

The day went just right. As its a long weekend Mays 1st being labor day in India, completed all the work for this week. This is how my day looked like Breakfast: Akki rotti with Brinjal Palya Lunch: Akki rotti  with groundnut chutney powder Dinner: Chapathi with cabbage palya Dessert: Choco mouse. Meditation: Couldn't complete both the sessions thought I started attending. I got a call from the office in the noon and in the evening my brothers came home Work out: I did work out for 15 minutes, but not my usual workout which I missed as I had a meeting at 6.30 Music: Did listen to many of the random tracks Read & Write: I started with one of the books from Gaur Gopal Das and wrote a few lines. Cleaning: Sweeping & Wiping the floor and kitchen cleaning with washing the vessels took most of the time. New learning: Did try making choco mouse for the dessert. Loved it :).
