Corona Lockdown - Day 11- 4th April 2020

Weekends are those days where there is no planned routine but whatever we do become its routine. Earlier to this Corona break, my weekend routine was get up early and be there at park for a run, on they way back get milk and eggs. The energy of the morning boosted to do many more unchecked tasks. Today, the routine got tweaked in the morning and cascaded entire day :). Woke up late and a cup of tea was soothing to start it. The day was short!!

This is how my day went.

Breakfast: Milk with rusk
Lunch: Rice, Tomato Rasam and chicken fry . ( Oh, Yes! I should tell this story of getting chicken to cook. My sis-in-law had kept a notification in Licious app for ordering as everyday it seemed out of stock. At 3.15 am, yeah! its early morning she gets this notification and she orders! Not knowing this story, we made out mind to cover ourselves up and get it from the shop near by and succeeded and went to give one pack for my brothers too, in a shock we get one pack from them too. This was nothing but a barter system :) .  Eating non veg after one and a half month and there was no point in taking photo but to relish!!
Dinner: Plain Akki rotti with Chicken fry

That was the cooking part.

Meditate: I meditated only at the evening at 7.30. Missed the noon session as we were eager to eat lunch:)

Read: Yaay!! I finished my book. I need to look for another book from my bookshelf.

Write: This is the content that I can tell I wrote something. But I was happy that one of my friends started writing and shared the poems. After a long time read work from that friend and is motivating.

Music: Today's tracks were Ananthnag hits from youtube. Such a soothing old songs. While I cooked, and cleaned home, the songs were running in loop.

Clean: Today my maid came for salary and she was about to start working but I sent her back. Started clearing vessels from sink, cleaned the stove and the chimney. Feeling good about cleaning , now I understand where I need to concentrate more on it.

New learning:  There was this forwarded video in the family whatsapp group that my brother has shared. It was 22 minutes one so had saved it for later today to watch it. It was an awesome video of a non hindu girl knowing everything about astrology, she was a certified yoga practitioner and a proactive sanskrit learner. Being a doctor, she quits her profession to follow these practices which uplifts her and she talked more on self transformation and how deep she went in meditation. There was much more but to cut short it was motivating. That time I remembered to continue with my French learning which I left few years back. Goolged basic sentences in French and revised them . Thinking of doing some certification with this, not sure how far I can succeed, but it was a great video to end my day.
