Corona Lockdown - Day 23 - 16th April 2020
The peak of the week as most of the deadlines lie towards the end of the week. Most of the time the calls will lead the actual work. It's been a while that I started my day at 4.30am, which was my usual routine. Missing my morning routine of reading an hour and writing at least 30 minutes a day. Never anticipated anytime that a day like this would come where locked up at home and cannot go out for anything. I have been a keen observer! The view my balcony to an empty road, the crowded bakery at the dead-end of the road now dwells the street dogs. The road witnessing restless maids rushing to their jobs, the paperboy, the milkman, the online grocery truck, the people leaving to work, the numerous vehicles and people on the street now is orphaned! I hope the day is sooner for all of us to resume this pause on our commute.
This is how my day looked
Breakfast: Upma and Kesribath
Lunch: Rice and Horse gram sprouts curry
Dinner: Chapathi with egg burji
Cooking done right!
Work out: Did 25 minutes non stop work out, feels good to sweat a bit as we are not moving out to the sun.
Meditation: Took only the session in the evening at 7, as the day was filled with calls and other tasks.
Reading: I couldn't read my book still. Waiting for the weekend
Write: This is the only content I am writing these days.
Cleaning: Cleaned kitchen and Fridge - I am satisfied with the one hour of cleaning in the early morning!
New learn: I just completed one more lesson of French learning in Udemy. It's becoming tough with the prepositions. Confusing, but it's fun!
Music: Was listening to Isha music most of the day time in a lowered volume. It is good.
I need to find a way to order groceries and vegetables by tomorrow to receive them on the weekend for the next week. I was never attentive to planning the vegetables at least, as I used to get the fresh ones on the way back home from the office earlier.
By now people would be adjusted to lockdown, need to see how they cope up when this is called off.
